Who is Timeshare B-Gone?

Posted by admin Comments Off

I was browsing though the internet as I often do to find out what is happening in the timeshare industry, and I got side tracked by fumbling on another timeshare assistance company. their name is called TimeshareB-Gone. I have no problems with competition and I believe that is what makes our country so strong. The issue I have is that this company has a website that has got many issues. They used one of my pages without permission. I do not mind any site using information from my site, but at least give me a heads up and ask. I made this mistake myself and when I was called out on it, I changed my wording immediately. If that is not bad enough, this company has used The Owners’ Advocate links for almost all of the links on their site.

TimeshareB-Gone has even used The Owners’ Advocate page for an initial consultation. So, if anyone asks for assistance, it goes to TOA instead of TimeshareB-Gone. I know that TOA will be all over this as well as a few blog writers out there. Note to all start-up companies, do your research before you post any site. Like I stated previously, I made the mistake of posting data on my site that was verbage from TOA and I changed it immediately after being notified.

Another thing that I would like to point out is TimeshareB-Gone states that they have received a high volume of complaints already from various timeshare companies. The problem with this statement is that they just started their website, but the BBB has this company listed in Florida since 2004. Something appears to be strange with this company and I would advise anyone looking into this company to stay away until they define themselves and come clean with who they are.

I do not think you can trust anyone on the web who does not identify themselves. This company has no data on who they are and what their credentials are except that they are located in Hendersonville, Tn.

Dave Ramsey answers financial questions during these hard economic times. The second question is “How do you get out of a timeshare?” by Krystal in Alabama. Dave Ramsey is obviously very against timeshare ownership. He says that a timeshare is like running into a spiderweb, it’s very difficult to get rid of it once it’s [...]

Here is a video of two people, Cheryl and Andre, who had a timeshare that Cheryl bought when she was younger, probably with hope that it would give her wonderful vacation memories for years. When a timeshare owner is looking for a solution to provide timeshare relief, there are a few factors to review before making a final decision. Timeshare Lawyers

Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC gets hundreds of leads weekly of timeshare owners requesting information on how to cancel their timeshare contract. Many state that they have tried the services of a lawyer and had no success whatsoever. We have been very clear with all our clients that we do not take cases we do not feel we cannot win. We are selective and never want to be perceived as a company that is just out for the money. Our entire goal is for every client to win their case. Every case is unique and time lines are different as such. With all that being said, as stated earlier, we have had a number of clients that have come to us after retaining the services of a lawyer to represent them.

As you can imagine, their frustration level is high and their trust level is low. We have had a great amount of success with clients that have already been told by lawyers that they do not have a chance to win their case. Here is why I believe this is happening. First, many lawyers are not familiar with how the timeshare industry works. Do not misunderstand me. We are not lawyers and we do not play lawyers on TV. But we have a wealth of experience in the industry. Not only with the resorts and developers, but more importantly, with the owners.

If you were to listen to hundreds of people telling you that a particular timeshare company does X to scam them into purchasing, it is easy to figure out their sales techniques. It is no different for a football fan to call the next play his favorite team is going to do because of his familiarity with the team. Most lawyers do not speak with enough timeshare owners from various resorts to see patterns of behavior. The other reason I believe that causes them not to have success is that they do not know the other agencies that can assist in the battle.

Beating a timeshare company is not a one man show. This is not a gun slinger industry. Most lawyers will just send the timeshare company a letter on their letter head stating various legal jargon that means nothing to the timeshare companies. Just because a lawyer states their was misrepresentation and fraud does not mean that the timeshare companies are going to tremble and bow down to their demands.

If you have been denied cancellation and have found the services of a lawyer unsuccessful, check out Timeshare Advocacy International.
