When purchasing a timeshare is the ownwership transfered and then I would be able to use the timeshare year after year? Or is it just sold for the year? My other question is that it my understanding that people have say a timeshare for Baja Mexico in december but are able to use there timeshare to go on vacation in the bajamas or somewhere else. How does that work ? I thank you very much for your time, sincelerly Jason

Stay away …. nothing but trouble

Just go rent a place when you want to go and skip all the hassle and worry

timeshares. first, they way overcharge you; try to be a re-sale. there is no reason it shouldn’t be yours, free and clear, once you buy it. you buy a timeshare for every year OR every other year; that is up to you and the price will vary. yes you can “trade” your timeshare and go to a different resort than the one that you bought (but you won’t be able to go to yours that year); yes you can go at any time of the year, but make sure of that when you purchase yours. timeshares can be cool once you pay them off, just try not to get overcharged in the beginning–you will have a hard time making any profit if you ever try to re-sell. Good luck!

time share for the most part are trouble you can’t sell em if you do take a big loss tack the interest to the sales price plus membership fee or maintenance fee see what you got i have friends that sell time share and the joke is on you. if you buy low time you will have hard time trading weeks.
